How to play

Slide all tiles in one direction. Tiles with the same number merge into their sum.
A new 2 or 4 appears after every move. The game ends when the board is full and no merges are possible.
Reach the 2048 tile to win, then keep going as far as you can.

Tips & tricks

Keep your biggest tile in a corner and never move it out.
Build a snake-like chain of descending values along one edge.
Stick to three directions and use the fourth only when you have to.

About 2048

2048 is a sliding number puzzle. Swipe to move every tile on the grid; when two tiles with the same number touch they merge into one. Reach the 2048 tile to win, then keep going for a higher score. Your game is saved automatically, and you can undo your last move.
